OnePlus's 6T McLaren Edition Smartphone Is a "Salute to Speed"
An ode to the British automotive manufacturer.
After releasing it’s flagship 6 smartphone earlier this year, Chinese-based OnePlus has returned with a McLaren Edition of their 6T model.
With a perfectly worded “Salute to Speed” motto, the uniquely upgraded iteration totes a menacing Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 CPU, 10GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. Along with equally empowered Warp Charge 30 technology, the smartphone is able to recharge half of its battery life in just 20 minutes. This limited edition smartphone also totes a carbon fiber back cover that sports both of the brands’ logos, similarly placing a line of McLaren’s signature “Papaya Orange” hit which flows along the bottom edge of the device. The phone also utilizes exclusively-themed software and will come in specially-designed McLaren packaging.
The limited edition OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition is set to retail for $699 USD and will release via OnePlus’s web store on December 13, 10:00 a.m. EST.
