Japanese Outdoors Style-purveyors MEANSWHILE have teamed-up with none other than Danner for a contemporary take on the Mountain Light Boot. As no strangers to the outdoors, and the gruelling tests the elements can throw at you, the two have re-worked the time-tested silhouette with details for both the wilderness and city life.
Coming in both a natural-tan and black colorway, the boots feature a ribbon like lacing system that is secured via a ladder lock buckle, a rugged Vibram outsole, leather lining, and co-branding at the lateral side. Those opting for the Vachetta-tan colorway can expect the pair to age beautifully over time with wear. The MEANSWHILE x Danner Mountain Light Boot is set to drop next year February 2019.
In other footwear news, Fear of God & Nike are set to continue its collaboration with a moccasin model.
