Lil Uzi Vert Arrested in Atlanta for Dirt Bike Police Chase
When a joy ride takes a turn for the worst.
Following his latest mixtape release with Gucci Mane, Lil Uzi Vert has now been arrested. According to reports, the young Philly rapper and a friend were riding dirt bikes around Atlanta without helmets or lights, and managed to go down a one way, ride on sidewalks and crossed five lanes of traffic without signaling. They were eventually spotted by police who allege Lil Uzi Vert tried to speed away from officers. Not before long, the cops arrested Uzi and his friend after they tried to flee on foot. Uzi was arrested for not having a driver’s license, reckless driving, obstruction of justice, and several other traffic violations. Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident, and Uzi was released over the weekend after posting $6,500 USD bail.
