According to reports, Lil Uzi Vert has been ordered by a judge to pay $30,000 USD to settle a lawsuit stemming from a show he canceled. The settlement is a default judgment served to the rapper after he failed to respond to legal documents or show up to court for several months.

Promoter, VelleBe, sued Uzi after he bailed on a concert at Clayton’s Beach Bar in South Padre Island, Texas last March. The lawsuit claims that Uzi took the $40,000 down payment and canceled his concert just a day before it was scheduled to take place.

Stay tuned for details as the story develops.
