27-year-old Manila-based musician Eyedress debuted his Gago Boyz mixtape and debut album Art Is Not a Sport with HYPEBEAST Music earlier this year. Since then he’s been steadily in the lab writing, singing and rapping, non-stop. Today, he shares a new visual interpretation for his latest single, “Separation Anxiety” and, just as title suggests, the song was written after he embarked on his UK tour and went through some mixed emotions while being away from his family and usual stomping grounds.

As for the video itself, it was shot in London on a night when he was kicking it with King Krule and Mac DeMarco after a show. In a brief interview with i-D he explains, “One night at my gig at Omeara in London, I fell asleep in the green room and when I woke up, my friend King Krule was there along with his mate Rago who plays in his band. We played a gig together that night then afterwards saw my bud Mac Demarco in the crowd and we kicked it with him. The video kind of ends with us at the Mac Demarco concert in the Coronet.”
