Funimation Releases Footage of 'Dragon Ball Super: Broly' North America Premiere
The hype was real.
Dragon Ball Super: Broly recently premiered at the prestigious TCL Chinese Theater in Los Angeles, where everyone from the cast to acclaimed Dragon Ball influencers and celebrities came to celebrate not only the film but the franchise as a whole.
The voices of Goku and Vegeta, (Sean Schemmel and Chris Sabat, respectively) made an appearance, as well as prolific individuals like De’Aaron Fox and Willie Cauley-Stein from the Sacramento Kings, content creators Kelz Washington and Flashman Wade, even Jason David Frank from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers came to celebrate. Dragon Ball in America has come a long way from its scarcely available VHS fansub translations in the early ’90s to now having its latest film debut on a Hollywood red carpet.
