To celebrate the release of Pokémon: Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee!, The Pokémon Company has teamed up with ZOZOTOWN on a retro gaming-inspired capsule. Comprised of hoodies, long- and short-sleeve T-shirts, caps and more, the special range draws from iconic 8-bit elements from the Japanese editions of Pokémon Red, Blue and Green – developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy.
Hoodies and T-shirts are emblazoned with a screen capture of the battle between Nidorino and Gengar featured in the game’s title sequence, and the original Pocket Monsters logo. Other notable pieces include the red, blue, or green long-sleeved T-shirts, which feature Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur’s evolution routes on the sleeves. ZOZOTOWN is also releasing a limited edition Nanoblock set featuring Eevee, Pikachu, and Machoke of all Pokémon.
In case you missed it, the Pokémon x Tamagotchi collaboration now has a release date.
