More recently, the rapper advocated for criminal justice reform, and even became a student mentor amongst inner-city high schools across the nation through a new adidas Sound Lab initiative. Today, the G.O.O.D. Music president takes another stand through this new public service announcement that endorses the legalization recreational marijuana in California. That said, if ballot initiative Proposition 64 does pass, recreational marijuana usage for anyone over the age of 21 would be legal, and create new taxes that will go towards drug research and treatment. Pusha says “If California’s Prop 64 passes, no one will ever be incarcerated for marijuana again.” Watch the interview above.
