RIMOWA Recruits Olafur Eliasson for Nature-Inspired Luggage Collection
With all proceeds going to the artist’s Little Sun Foundation.
After it’s collaborations with OFF-WHITE™ and Aesop earlier this year, RIMOWA has now recruited artist Olafur Eliasson for a package of luggage stickers. The 46 nature-inspired stickers are also influenced by Eliasson’s focus on sustainability, longevity and the environment. All 500 of the limited-edition sticker packs are individually numbered and packaged in an eco-friendly box.
The design of the stickers references organic shapes, meteors and stones as well as slogans such as “ATMOSPHERE” and “ECOSYSTEM.” Titled “A Collection of Stone, Lava, Meteorite, Ice, Driftwood, and Lichen Stickers,” the capsule will release in aid of Eliasson’s Little Sun Foundation, with all proceeds going to the organization. The sticker pack will release via the RIMOWA web store on December 3, and will be priced at $340 USD.
