Watch Hedi Slimane’s First CELINE Campaign Video

Almost two months after his controversial first show for the label, Hedi Slimane has released his first campaign video for CELINE. The animated video is made up of images of male models wearing key looks from the unisex collection, shot by Slimane himself in London.
The video’s soundtrack — a 1985 track by synthpop duo RUTH — is a reference to the Des Jeunes Gens Modernes project that acts as a key inspiration for CELINE’s Summer 2019 collection. Key looks in the campaign video include Slimane’s signature skinny suiting, leather jackets and a number of sunglass styles. Take a look at the video in the gallery above, and expect Slimane’s first CELINE collection to release in February next year.
