DC Comics recently released the first official trailer for its highly-anticipated Young Justice reboot. Set to premiere on the DC Universe streaming platform, Young Justice: Outsiders will serve as Season 3 of the cult animated series, which was abruptly canceled in 2013.

Picking up where the show left off, Outsiders will center around The Team and how they move out of their Justice League mentors’ shadows, as they uncover a “metahuman” trafficking ring. Warner Bros. is also noting that the cast of young superheroes is set to expand as iconic characters will join The Team throughout the season.

Catch the trailer for Young Justice: Outsiders above and look for the reboot to premiere on DC Universe January 4, 2019.

For more entertainment news, Neon Genesis Evangelion is set to make its worldwide streaming debut on Netflix.
