Graffiti Legend Mr A. Announces Clothing Collaboration with Mango Man
Featuring the artist’s signature style.
André Saraiva, perhaps better known by his artist alter ego Mr. A, has partnered with fashion retailer Mango Man to release a limited capsule collection that incorporates his illustrations. Prominent in the 90s, the artist has tapped into his retro credentials to create pieces that capture the aesthetic of the period, starring his signature, eponymous character, Mr. A.
Made up of T-shirts, sweatshirts and patches, the collection offers fans a chance to customise their own clothes using labels and embroidered designs to sew onto their items however they wish. From December 3 visitors to selected stores in Spain will be able to utilise embroidery services to customise their clothes, before the online embroidery service receives a wider international rollout in France, the UK, Netherlands, Portugal and Italy at a later date.
On December 4 André Saraiva himself will be personally customising garments in the Mango store on C/ Preciados, Madrid. Take a look at the pieces above, watch the film, and to find out more head over to the Mango Man web store.
