ASICSTIGER & Limited Edt Recruit Sneaker Artist SBTG for GEL-Lyte III "Monsoon Patrol"
Designed to withstand Singaporean storms.
ASICSTIGER has teamed up with Singapore-based footwear retailer Limited Edt for a new “Monsoon Patrol” take on the GEL-Lyte III silhouette. The joint sneaker also features SBTG, continuing the sneaker artist’s work with Limited Edt. The collaboration takes inspiration from Singapore’s weather, with the sneaker designed to withstand harsh conditions.
The sneaker comes in a green colorway, offset with camouflage hits and light brown suede panelling. The stand-out feature of the sneaker is its removable nylon tongue cover, which is strapped on to the shoe’s upper using a gutter hook system. The sneakers will release alongside a full Monsoon-ready capsule, including a dry bag, umbrella and jacket. The full pack will release online via Limited Edt on December 1.
