Mike G Heads to Good Company NYC for "#Been" Video
The song references classics from David Bowie and the Bad Boy crew.
[gallery columns="3"]With 2016 coming to a close, Odd Future affiliate Mike G plans to continue his Verses string of tapes. Following the past pair of Verses projects, Mike G is hoping to turn the series into a trilogy with Verses 3. To promote the effort, the California emcee has taken to SoundCloud to share new cuts such as “Like Dymes” and “#Been,” the latter of which has now received its own visual. Originally released over a month ago, “#Been” is transformed into a video courtesy of Justin Swan. The new “#Been” visual takes place in the midst of New York City’s hustle and bustle, with Mike G and Justin Swan hitting up Good Company NYC & Times Square for filming. The clip for “#Been” is a direct, bare-bones piece, allowing for Mike G to keep the focus on the bars and beat. You can check out Mike G’s new video for “#Been” above.
