Nepenthes Japan Releases "Statice" Editorial for Fall/Winter 2018
An emotional journey.
Since recently celebrating the 30th anniversary of Nepenthes, the Japanese company has just released a new styled editorial for Fall/Winter 2018. Entitled ‘Statice,” the editorial narrates a man’s search throughout Japan. The styled shoot combines garments from NEEDLES, Engineered Garments, and South2 West8; creating color palettes that compliment the varying backdrops of nature and cityscape. Directed by Tomoya Yagi, the protagonist travels from Tokyo to Mount Fuji, all the while clutching a bouquet of flowers.
