[gallery columns="3"]Vic Mensa released his There’s Alot Going On project back in June and now the rapper has revisited his album to address Chicago’s ongoing problem of gun violence and police brutality. The single “16 Shots,” which addresses the killing of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald by a Chicago police officer in 2014, got a much-needed visual over the weekend. Directed by Ace Norton, the music video finds Mensa facing off against police officers while footage of Laquan’s shooting plays throughout. Watch the music video above.
