Oi Polloi & Norse Projects Collaborate on 1980s Sub Culture-Inspired Capsule

After linking up with Carhartt WIP earlier this year, UK-based retailer Oi Polloi has recruited Norse Projects for its latest capsule. The collaborative collection takes inspiration from the Paninaro and acid casuals sub cultures of the 1980s. The focal point of this collection is a white sailing coat, influenced by Oi Polloi founder Nigel Lawson’s early days selling vintage apparel.

Other pieces in the collection include a rugby shirt — coming in orange and light blue stripes — as well as co-branded T-shirts, caps and beanies. The full collection will release via the Oi Polloi web store on October 18, it will also be available from the retailer’s locations in Manchester and London.

In related news, Union LA and adidas Spezial have a new joint capsule on the way.
