iLoveMakonnen & Rich The Kid Release "Still Workin," Are Planning Joint Mixtape
They’re about to teach us all how to whip it.
iLoveMakonnen and Rich The Kid continue to master the art of rap to work your wrist to. The Atlanta rappers have announced a new collaborative mixtape entitled Whip It, and liberated a song off the project. Entitled “Still Workin,” the song serves as our first taste of their collaborative effort and features production by someone who has worked closely with both artists involved, Sonny Digital. Speaking on the project and today’s release, Rich The Kid told FADER the following:
“The motivation was what I deal with everyday…I work really hard but have to deal with people purposely trying to get in our way. I know Makonnen feels the same way, that’s why the song has that much energy.”
