Soulja Boy Has Been Charged With Two Very Serious Weapons Felonies
The Draco might get him in some serious trouble.

Soulja Boy’s gun of choice might have gotten him in some very serious legal trouble. As Pitchfork notes, the Los Angeles County District Attorney has hit the controversial rapper with two felony charges of “possession of an assault weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm.” According to TMZ, law enforcement officials are alleging that one of the firearms recovered from Soulja Boy’s house in a December 2016 raid was an item that was “reportedly stolen” from a police vehicle, and a “Mini Draco AR-15” appears to have earned the artist the assault weapon charge. Under California’s current firearms laws and regulations, assault weapons such as the Mini Draco are illegal for any state resident to own and possess. If Soulja Boy is found guilty on the charges, he could spend over four years in prison. Soulja Boy might have beef with everyone from Mike Tyson to Chris Brown, but his battles with the law might end up landing the most serious blows.
