SOL-SOL Channels Tony Soprano With Knitwear Capsule
Influenced by lazy days around the pool.
Following on from its bold Spring/Summer 2018 lookbook, South African label SOL-SOL has returned to unveil a knitwear capsule. The collection is based around the idea of lazy days around the pool or braai (a kind of South African barbecue), with casual sweats as well as button-up and zip-up long-sleeve polos.
All of the pieces in the collection are made in South Africa, with a blend of Mohair and Merino wool used. The collection’s color palette sees a mix of darker shades and pastel tones such as pink, blue and orange. The brand describes all of the pieces as “something your grandfather or Tony Soprano would be wearing.”
At the moment there’s no news on when the knitwear capsule will be dropping, so keep checking back for more information. In other fashion news, Dover Street Market has recently worked with photographer Ryan O’Toole Collett on a new “Youths in Balaclava” project.
