33 year-old Japanese fashion label Rynshu took to Paris Fashion Week to showcase a collection of monochrome tailoring, accented by colorful text, intricate fringing and luxurious accessories.

Founded by Rynshu Masatomo, Rynshu is known for quirky runway shows and slim suiting; this show keeps in line with past collections while exploring new territories. Trim cuts feature throughout, with overcoats, leather jackets, tapered trousers and sweaters all boasting streamlined cuts. Occasional disparity comes in the form of a flowing cloak or a pair of wide trousers hosting a fringed leopard print pattern, with silhouettes expanded by capes and A-line outerwear. Conventional garments see revision in the form of built-in hoods, sliced-open sleeves and metallic Japanese prints.

Check out some of the other recent Paris Fashion Week shows, including the similarly quirky Henrik Vibskov and pattern-rich sacai.
