Pixar Reveals a Bunch of Scrapped Movie Ideas in a New Video
Including alternate titles for ‘Toy Story’ and initial designs for classic characters.
Pixar shared a YouTube video delving into all the initial film choices and draft ideas staff had for some of its most iconic works to date. Some ideas have already been reported, like Inside Out‘s Riley originally having 27 different emotions with individual names, while others come as a surprise, including the would-be names of Toy Story at the time.
Alternate titles for the film included Plastic Buddies, Don’t Move and Toys in the Hood. Other initial drafts include removed characters from films like Ratatouille and Cars, and different designs for Mike Wazowski from Monsters Inc.. Check out the video above and share your thoughts below.
