Not too long after the celebratory Nike Air Force 1 “Black Mama” surfaced, the Swoosh continues to honor Kobe Bryant via his own signature sneaker. The “Black Mamba” colorway returns to the Kobe A.D. welcoming university gold detailing and a black-based upper. “Black Mamba” branding is included on each tongue as an ode to Bryant’s popular nickname. Further details include a snakeskin pattern found subtly on its upper in additional to symbols found on each insole.
Nike’s Kobe A.D. “Black Mamba” is slated to drop on January 24 for a price of $150 USD at select Nike Basketball retailers and Nike SNKRS.
