To celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year festivities, The Remade and YEENJOY STUDIO‘s co-founder K.YEE have created a unique pair of Nike Air More Uptempos. Using an appropriate red upper, “CN¥” marks both the medial and lateral sides of the shoe, cheekily using a Chinese Renminbi symbol as the “Y.” Created with high-caliber Italian leather, the model also features a special thermal material used to create the “CN¥” which changes to a golden gradient when exposed to heat. China’s “Five Star” symbol has also been added to the back heels of each shoe for a final added patriotic touch.
