Nike's Air Max 1 Jewel Gets Dipped In "Gold Desert Sand"
Suede and metallic gold.
Switching gears from its recently-dropped “Triple Black” rendition, Nike‘s Air Max 1 Jewel lightens things up with a brand new “Gold Desert Sand” colorway.
This version of the throwback model sports a neutral tan premium suede upper, a translucent gold jewel Swoosh and a light beige midsole for some subtle contrast. Other details include metallic gold embroidered Air Max branding at the heel counter and tongue tab, as well as the signature Air Max bubble unit to complete the signature silhouette.
The Nike Air Max 1 Jewel in “Gold Desert Sand” is slated to release on January 12 at select Nike retailers such as Asphalt Gold for a retail price of €139 EUR (approximately $167 USD) including VAT tax. For more suede kicks, New Balance’s 998 gets a premium purple suede colorway.
