Kinetics Serves Patent Leather FILA 96 GL Sneakers
Continuing the labels’ collaborative streak.
Japanese sneaker retailer Kinetics rejoins FILA for a third 96 GL collaboration, on the heels of the recent velour pack and paisley capsule. This go-round, the pair have outfitted the basketball sneaker in shiny patent leather.
Kinetics took cues from the ’90s for the pair of reworked FILA 96 GL, with both colorways featuring patent leather accents in the vein of flashy retro sports sneakers. One iteration is offered in blue and white, while the other is an adventurous blend of green, white and blue. Both feature the usual red, white and blue FILA branding on the side and toe, with tonal laces and outsole.
