As one of the better-known producers in today’s hip-hop landscape, Zaytoven is getting some well-deserved recognition for his talents after signing a new partnership deal with Motown Records. Joining the likes of Lil Yachty, Migos, and BJ the Chicago Kid, the Atlanta-born beat maker will be bringing along his current label, Familiar Territory Records, to the Motown team. Senior vice president of Motown Records Ezekiel Lews said in a statement that he is happy to have the talented producer on his side and wants Zaytoven to flourish under his new roof.

Zaytoven is one of the hottest and most influential producers in hip-hop. We are thrilled to be his partners in this exciting new phase of his career. We look forward to helping Zay and Familiar Territory release some of the best collaboration albums in existence and become a magnet for amazing new talent.

If you’re unfamiliar with Zaytoven’s line of work, he’s best known for some of the tracks he’s made with Gucci Mane, Future, and the aforementioned Migos, who just signed with the label earlier this year. The last time we heard Zaytoven on a track was with Quavo for his latest solo recording “Stars in the Ceiling.” While we wait to what Zaytoven has in store for the future, be sure to check out all of the hottest singles from the past week.
