Vans and 'Peanuts' Link Up For Another Graphic-Heavy Footwear Capsule
A new instalment in the ongoing collaboration.
Following their last collaboration for Spring/Summer 2017, Vans and “Peanuts” have teamed up again on another collection featuring the comic strip’s characters. The latest drop in the ongoing collaboration sees three classic Vans silhouettes getting reworked, with the Old-Skool, Authentic and Slip-Ons all getting the graphic heavy treatment.
All of the shoes in the pack come with vintage “Peanuts” illustrations from the ’60s to the ’80s, with a colorful comic strip that runs across the Authentic’s upper and the famous Slip-On checkerboard reinvented with Snoopy appearing in the white squares. The collection — along with an accompanying kid’s range — is available now from select retailers such as Feature Sneaker Boutique, with prices ranging from $65 USD to $70 USD.
As well as working with “Peanuts,” Vans has also recently collaborated with London-based label Aries.
