Robert Geller & PINTRILL Join Forces to Create a Pair of Commemorative Pins
A follow up from the designer’s statement IMMIGRANT T-shirt.

Robert Geller wrapped up his Fall/Winter 2017 showcase at New York Fashion Week with a final bow sporting a hand-painted T-shirt bearing the word ”IMMIGRANT.” Months later, the menswear designer revisits the theme by teaming up with PINTRILL on a pair of commemorative pin designs.
The Spring/Summer 2017 capsule is comprised of both an “IMMIGRANT” and “SANCTUARY CITY” pin with proceeds going towards the American Civil Liberties Union.
In referencing the project, Robert Geller states:
“The inspiration behind the Sanctuary City pin comes from the issue of Sanctuary Cities, which has been prevalent in the last few months. These are the cities that offer special protection to its Immigrants. To me, these cities have become a symbol of resistance to Trump’s attempt to demonize Immigrants in this country.”
Both items can be found now via PINTRILL’s online site.
