Initially catching wind of mastermind JAPAN’s 2017 fall/winter collection through a flurry of Instagram teasers, Masaaki Homma and his revered label strategically followed up the preview with the reveal of its official campaign imagery. An integral component of the lineup are these collaborative boot silhouettes designed in tandem with SUICOKE.
In perfect time to greet the frigid winds of winter, the high-top silhouette features a Vibram footbed, Morflex outsole and nylon webbing — showcasing its seasonal practicality. Upping its stylistic factor are such accents, including the dual-branded vamp strap, heel branding and rear side zip closure. The mastermind x SUICOKE ELS-VM2 is slated to hit Japanese retailers and select international stockists sometime later this week. Be sure to check back for updates.
