After just recently wrapping up the final show of his A Melancholic Wet Dream tour across Asia, Alexander Bortz is slowly making his way back to the States where the Los Angeles stop of his tour awaits. Travelling through Tokyo, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, the 24-year-old’s hypnotizing interplay of erotic motion and color showcased a much more intimate eye than his previous works with the A$AP Mob and Vince Staples would suggest. A photographer by trade, albeit using much better equipment, Alex agreed to be the latest subject of our ongoing disposable camera series during his stay in Tokyo, documenting the behind-the-scenes work that went into his exhibition and some of the tourist shenanigans him and his crew got up to over the course of five days. Check it out in the gallery above and head over to his site to for more information on his work.
