OLAF HUSSEIN Presents the "Premium Experience" of Japan With 2017 Fall/Winter Lookbook
The minimalist mindset lives on.

OLAF HUSSEIN has unveiled a new lookbook for the brand’s 2017 fall/winter collection. For the label’s latest editorial, Olya Oleinic is enlisted for photography and Daniel Sumarna handles artistic and creative direction. The lookbook’s styling comes courtesy of Suze Kuit, with Bruno Sitton serving as its primary model.
This latest presentation from OLAF HUSSEIN is inspired by the initial thoughts that swirl around the worldly traveler’s mind once they make their very first trip to Japan. The presentation is intended to unfold like a journey to Japan, starting from the airport-based beginnings. Altogether, the editorial delivers the Japanese phrase of “SAIKOU,” which the label’s creators call the “premium experience.” At the core of the entire lookbook experience for HUSSEIN’s 2017 fall/winter release, the designers want to remind the consumer that the minimalist mindset that drives Japan’s best fashion powerhouses lives on with its work.
