McLaren & Specialized Come Together to Produce the S-Works Roubaix Bicycle
An homage to McLaren’s history.

British racing expert McLaren has once again teamed with California-based bike manufacturer Specialized to develop the S-Works Roubaix, a $11,500 USD bicycle. The bike celebrates McLaren’s 50 years of Grand Prix racing and pays homage to the automaker’s familiar shade of papaya hue that Specialized has dubbed Heritage Orange.
The bicycle’s leather bar tape, orange stitching, and hubs are also inspired by McLaren, this time focusing on its vehicle’s wheels. It also utilizes Specialized’s own carbon fiber and includes a Dura Ace Di2 drivetrain from Shimano, 12×100 and 12×142 thru-axles and hydraulic disc brakes.
