Streetwear brand ONLY NY partners with legacy footwear brand PRO-Keds and the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation for the second year in a row in a limited edition sneaker release. The collaboration comes as an act of embracing PRO-Keds’ prolific legacy and the sneaker’s rich history with New York street hoop.
The NYC Parks Basketball Royal Hi keeps the original aesthetic of the shoe’s silhouette while elevating its classic style with a premium Wolverine suede upper lined with 6oz canvas. The heel features “N.Y.C. Basketball” stamp design printed along with the iconic Parks Department logo. Tri-branding is displayed on the tongue and molded footbed and comes in a cream and parks green colorway.
The NYC Parks Basketball Royal Hi will be available via ONLY NY’s online and flagship store August 31, with proceeds going towards the City of New York.
