J.W.Anderson's Multicolor Patch Backpack Is Yours for $1,750 USD
Part of the label’s 2017 fall collection.
J.W.Anderson has enjoyed quite a momentous 2017 — boasting noteworthy collaborations alongside Converse, Uniqlo and Kelly Beeman, while pushing his eponymous label’s seasonal agenda. First spotted up on the runway of 2017 Fall/Winter London Fashion Week, we now take a look at this vibrant backpack option, which helped narrate the collection’s design theme of incorporating British heritage craft elements.
With the base set in black, two Swiss sigils of the canton of Uri (yellow/black/red) and Zürich (baby blue/white), present themselves in the form of the knit patchwork details and the functional ring clip placed up top. Splashes of red make its way onto the closure flap, top handle and drawstring chords — adding ample doses of tonal contrast. Comprised of cotton, leather and wool, the J.W.Anderson Multicolor Patch Backpack currently retails for $1,750 USD and can be found at stockists such as Antonioli.
Speaking of bags, Secondnatvre and SBTG recently teamed up on a collaborative carryall collection.
