These Air Jordan 13s Pay Homage to MJ's Farewell From Basketball
Where were you when MJ said goodbye for good?

The Air Jordan 13 “Bred” will soon have a follow up in Jordan Brand’s forthcoming drop. This time around the Air Jordan 13 will honor Michael Jordan’s final retirement in 2003. As an official announcement, MJ took to the newspapers to say goodbye to the game and its fans via a heartfelt letter. As a result, that moment inspires the contrasting white/black and black/white iterations of the Air Jordan 13.
The letter was concluded by MJ’s words of “Much Love and Respect” which will be the phrase found under each colorway’s dotted side paneling in the reflective 3M material. The words “Love” and “Respect” can also be found on the bottom of each tongue while the Jumpman’s circle logo is placed at the top. The Air Jordan 13’s holographic jewel returns on each lateral side as a final touch. The white colorway will launch for men while its black iteration is set to drop in GS sizing.
The Air Jordan 13 “Love and Respect” Pack is scheduled to hit retailers in China on October 1 for a price of approximately $190 USD. A range of apparel is set to complement the release but a US release date is yet to be confirmed.
