Kanye West recently responded to the class action lawsuit put in motion by his fans who believe West falsely promised his album The Life of Pablo would be a TIDAL exclusive. The fans behind the lawsuit are noting that they were misled to sign up for TIDAL to listen to the album under the belief that the project would be only available on the streaming platform. West is claiming that the version of the album released on TIDAL was the exclusive original version, while other platforms received an edited version. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Yeezy is highlighting an old tweet he posted where he states The Life of Pablo is a “living breathing changing creative expression” in an attempt to get the lawsuit dismissed.
