Jordan Brand has announced that its “University Red” color will be coming to the Air Jordan 1 Mid. As one of the more popular models from the brand, this rendition of the sneaker will feature a predominantly red leather upper with matching overlays and laces. The shoe will also feature a few hits of white, most notably on the tongue and for both the Air Jordan and Swoosh logos along the side. The sneaker is finished off with a white rubber outsole lined with traction marks for extra grip, as well as a red and white Jumpman logo behind the heel.

The “University Red” colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Mid is expected to come out sometime later this summer and will retail for $110 USD. While you’re waiting for that, be sure to take a look at the Derek Jeter-inspired black and white colorway of the same shoe.
