Towkio Cruises on New Track "Drift"
Days after his birthday, Towkio gifts fans with a new track.
SaveMoney crew member Towkio has released a new track, “Drift”, off his forthcoming World Wide.Wav project. Towkio appeared in Vic Mensa‘s “OMG” music video, and the Chicago rapper is also prepping to release visuals for his own track “Drift.” The track is an upbeat record, in which Towkio uses clever wordplay to match his name with “Drift”, a nod to the Fast and Furious movie ‘Tokyo Drift.’ Last year, Towkio told HYPEBEAST, he was working with Rick Rubin on WWW. “We’re going to go platinum with that motherf*cker,” he said. “I really believe that this is going to go crazy.”
