Liam Payne & Quavo Throw a Vibrant Dance Party for "Strip That Down" Video
The very first video of his solo career.
Last month, One Direction singer Liam Payne branched out on his own with the release of his debut single as a solo artist. Titled “Strip That Down,” the Quavo-assisted record had more in common with the rap and R&B trends currently dominating the charts and radio than the boy band music he built his career on. Now, the track’s official video has surfaced. Reconnecting with “Strip That Down” collaborator Quavo, Liam Payne links up with a group of female dancers — all choreographed by JaQuel Knight — and delivers some pretty standard music video fare for his new vignette. With Liam Payne and Zayn Malik both chasing their dreams as solo singers, it will be interesting to see how their sounds and career paths evolve.
