Firmament Teams up With Native Sons on The "Blasted" Frame Collection
Fresh shades designed for your next road trip.

Berlin based retailer Firmament has teamed up with Japanese eyewear brand Native Sons on a new collection of sunglasses. The shades are part of the “Highway and Beats” series, which was inspired by a motorbike trip on Route 134 towards Mt. Katasei in Japan. During the expedition, Native Sons’ founder Thomas Ogara was frequently blasted by sand from the dunes along the coast– thus, serving as the spark for the collaborative “Blasted” frames.
The full collection contains four pairs of sunglasses in indigo and gasoline colorways. They’re comprised of Takiron acetates for a refined scratch resistance and sandblasted to create a slight vintage flavor. Firmament’s emblem appears on the right temple and on the leather casing of each pair of shades. Starting June 16, look for the “Blasted” frames in-store and online exclusively at Firmament.
