'Blade Runner 2049' Featurette Showcases New Behind the Scenes Footage

To mark Blade Runner‘s 35th anniversary, a behind-the-scenes featurette was released for Blade Runner 2049, the follow-up to the 1982 classic starring Harrison Ford. The clip highlights the cast and crew talking about the world of 2049‘s Los Angeles, as well as how the film is attempting to set itself apart from the original. The featurette also gives us glimpses of the recreated future aesthetic of the original while introducing new aspects to keep the sequel fresh. The movie stars Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, Jared Leto, and Ana de Armas.
Blade Runner 2049 hits theaters October 6.
