The 'Black Panther' Patiently Waits for Battle in His First Official Film Poster
The hero of a strong nation.

Let Marvel’s Black Panther hype commence. Making the debut within the box office smash Captain America: Civil War, the forthcoming film has finally debuted its first film poster. Chadwick Boseman will play Wakanda’s own prince T’Challa as we follow his journey of being heir to the throne of his slain father. The poster hosts T’Challa lying in wait on his newly acquired seat of royalty donning a blacked-out suit with a face made of the highly coveted Vibranium.
Set to hit theaters on February 16, 2018, the film’s first trailer will premiere during tonight’s Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers, starting at 9 p.m. EST.
