Your First Look at the Awesome Apple iMac Pro in Space Gray
Hands down the most beautiful Apple desktop ever made.

WWDC is historically known as a software-heavy event to showcase advancements in efficiency, features, improvements in UI and more. But this year, Apple brought out not one, but three pieces of hardware to talk about: the iPad Pro 10.5, the Siri-enabled “HomePod” speaker, and a special preview of the iMac Pro, the latter being Apple’s most powerful Mac ever.
While the unit was hidden in the corner of Apple’s hands-on demo — used loosely since media was absolutely prohibited from touching the device — the iMac Pro was a sight to behold. Its Space Gray chassis seen up close barely resembles the shade found on current iPads, iPhones and MacBooks; so much of the color gives it almost a purple hue. The full-length keyboard with keypad is clad with the shade, along with a matching Magic Touchpad and — perhaps most breathtaking — the Magic Mouse that matches the Apple logo with a glass-coated finish.
While the design hasn’t changed and its specs read more like the Mac Pro than the currently available iMacs, only time will tell if this gorgeous desktop will find a place in the homes of non-professionals before the color makes its way onto the consumer line of iMacs.
Until then, feast your eyes on the iMac Pro Space Gray above.
