Following up its KAWS x Peanuts Collection, the Japanese retail giant, Uniqlo, releases its anticipated UT Grand Prix T-Shirt range. From 16,000 entries around the world, 25 lucky winners were selected to create tees inspired by Nintendo’s elite children: Animal Crossing, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Metroid, Pikmin, Pokémon, Splatoon, Super Mario Bros., Star Fox, and The Legend of Zelda. Nintendo’s founding father, Shigeru Miyamoto handpicked the creative finalists, who then went on to design the UT collection.

The UT Grand Prix lookbook takes us through motion and dynamic movement reminiscent of our favorite Nintendo Italian plumbers. Styled out in Zelda, Splatoon, and Pokémon graphics and layered with Uniqlo Sport Activewear pieces, the photos bring some video game action into the real world. Browse through the gallery above and check out the full T-shirt lineup available 10 p.m. EST tonight at the Uniqlo online shop and tomorrow in its stores.
