Nike’s LeBron 14 “Agimat” Celebrates Philippine Heritage

Initially launched as a Philippines exclusive, we take a look here at the Nike LeBron 14 “Agimat” as it prepares for its stateside release. The deep blue color scheme evokes the “Agimat” tagline, which loosely translates to “lucky charm.” Looking deeper into the tonal choice, blue is the official color of the nation’s basketball team, with many of its players often wearing the hue off the court as well as on in hopes of attracting good fortune. Gold accents run down the tongue in celebration of King James’ career achievements, not to mention his budding relationship with the country itself. Available in a limited run, the Nike LeBron 14 “Agimat” will release on June 10 at select Nike retailers.
