Nike Pays Homage to Its Origin With "Oregon" Cortez Model
Back to the roots.
Nike’s Cortez model continues 45 years strong by reminiscing about the Swoosh’s beginning. In addition to “LBC” and “Compton” colorways, we’ll soon see an Oregon-inspired colorway of the model. The iconic Cortez is coated in nylon material which is covered in a dominant ochre coloring throughout. “Gorge Green” serves as its complement via each lateral and medial Swoosh, midsole stripe and heel tab.
The Nike Cortez “Oregon” will launch on June 1 for $80 USD at select Nike Sportswear retailers and nike.com.
