TaaKK Blends Classic Suiting With Streetwear for 2017 Fall/Winter Collection
Oversized wares swathed in exotic motifs.
Japanese fashion house TaaKK has presented a collection for the first time on the runway during Tokyo Fashion Week 2017. Designer Takuya Morikawa offers a vibrant and loose-fitting assemblage for this year’s fall/winter season. As a whole, the range seamlessly melds classic suiting with streetwear; the label offers a diverse series of tees, shirts, button-downs, tracksuits, blazers, long coats, parkas as well as varsity jackets adorned with animal graphics and British crests. Standout items include the leopard overshirt, ombre plaid blazer and patchwork denim jeans to name a few.
