Y-3 SPORT's 2017 Spring/Summer Collection Is for The "Urban Enigma"

With a successful 2016 fall/winter collection behind them, Y-3 SPORT returns for its third collection with a plethora of technical goods draped in black and 3M as we’ve come to expect. The new collection from Yohji Yamamoto draws inspiration from the concept of camouflage in urban and natural environments; an “urban enigma” — a secretive character that roams the city shrouded in black — meets acid rain and the movement and weathering of foliage. Familiar adidas tech is packed into the wide assortment of pieces and include adizero, Techfit, Primeknit and BOOST; additionally, design processes that involve seamless knitting, laser-cut ventilation and bonded construction are incorporated.
The Airflow and Approach jackets are the standout garbs amongst the tops and are made for multiple sports and occasions. A Rain Zip jacket and shorts will keep you dry in the wet weather while a new iteration of the Poncho provides an additional protective outer shell for other occasions. A Running Backpack is made to blend in seamlessly with other pieces in the collective. Rounding out the gear is a Running Cap and footwear in the form of the Approach, Control and Evasion.
