MUNCHIES Is Publishing Its First-Ever Cookbook
Inspired by ‘Chef’s Night Out’ with a star-studded cast of contributors.

This fall, VICE’s MUNCHIES is launching its very own cookbook. Dubbed MUNCHIES: Late-Night Meals from the World’s Best Chefs, the nearly 300-page tome takes inspiration from the food-centric imprint’s wildly popular Chef’s Night Out and offers up a snapshot of food culture in cities around the world. Chock full of “tall tales and fuzzy recollections from 65 of the world’s top chefs,” Late-Night Meals is set to include contributions from the likes of Anthony Bourdain, Dominique Crenn, David Chang, Danny Bowien, Wylie Dufresne, Inaki Aizpitarte, Enrique Olvera and many more.
MUNCHIES: Late-Night Meals from the World’s Best Chefs is due out in October and can be pre-ordered now via Amazon.
